AMRAP Weekend (or anytime) Warrior Workout

Finally, the weekend is here at last! While many of you may have some days off of work, finding time to workout is still tough. Are you short on time this weekend but really want to get a workout in? No Problem! We’ve got you covered. This AMRAP workout combines three basic movements; walking lunges, squats, and push-ups, and finishes with some burpees. It may look easy on paper but if you push your tempo, watch out!

As many reps as possible (AMRAP) in 10-minutes

  • 10 Air Squats
  • 10 Push-ups
  • 10 Walking Lunges

Then, finish with 30 burpees or squat thrusts (think 1/2 burpee. You don’t go down all the way to the ground)
